Chloe

Why did Chloe get such a high-pitched, whiny voice in Noir?? I thought that since her personality is so dark and mysterious, her voice should fit those traits. Instead, she sounded girly and childish. Man, her clothes are cool too, nicer then Mirielle and Kirirka. Chloe looks like a chinese, with her features, especially those eyes. She doesn't seem japanese to me...
