I just love Full Moon wo Sagashite music, if only I could get my hands on an OST! My current favourite is New Future and Myself. Gendou has some of the songs, and a huge list of others too.

Noir's music is also really good, and it fits neatly into the anime. Kajiura Yuki is a good composer. Next, would be Yoko Kanno, the one who wrote the music from Wolf's Rain, and Cowboy Bebop.

Well, this seems to be an really short post, but I have to go to school now... picking up something lame...
